Individualized Cerebral Resuscitation after Cardiac Arrest

Patients who suffer a cardiac arrest also suffer an injury to their brain. This brain injury, termed 'Hypoxemic-Ischemic Brain Injury' is often the determining factor in a patients’ long-term outcome. Our research program is trying to identify strategies to improve oxygen delivery to the brain to improve neurological outcomes in this patient population.
