Killam Doctoral Scholarships are the most prestigious awards available to graduate students at UBC. The scholarships are provided annually from the Izaak Walton Killam Memorial Fund for Advanced Studies.
Asif, how does it feel to win this award?
It is such an honor for me to be a Killam Doctoral Scholar, and I am very grateful for the support. My spouse and children were able to join me for the Killam Laureates ceremony, which was held on campus October 20th, 2015. It was certainly a moment to cherish with family and celebrate achievements!
